I would like to inquire about methods for managing high-risk employees based on job stress test results.
Hello. I work in the HR team, responsible for organizational culture and employee health.
We recently conducted an in-house job stress test, and some employees were identified as being in the high-risk group.
Based on the test results, it appears that support is needed, but I am concerned about whether the HR team should contact individual employees directly.
It seems that an employee might unnecessarily feel, “Has my result been shared with the company?” or feel burdened by the fact that they have been identified.
I am also cautious about sharing the results with my team leader because I am concerned about potential stigma or privacy issues.
In such cases, what is the appropriate way for HR to provide support guidance to high-risk employees?
Would it be safer to introduce EAP counseling or stress management programs to all employees at once rather than contacting them individually?
