Do office workers also need to receive industrial safety and health training?
Hello. The HR team is managing the statutory training schedule.
I am currently organizing the list of participants for this year's industrial safety and health training, and I am writing to inquire because I am confused about whether office workers should also be included.
I understand that industrial safety and health training must be conducted for field and production workers, but I am concerned about how to apply the training standards to office workers at headquarters, as they do not directly perform hazardous work.
In particular, since there are employees who frequently work from home or work outside the office, I would like to confirm if it is appropriate to provide the same guidance to all employees.
I am also curious if the training hours or content for office staff can be operated differently from those for field staff.
How do other companies manage occupational safety and health training for office workers?
Should we conduct this for all employees, but divide the content according to job characteristics?
