Would it be a good idea to include the phrase ‘confidentiality’ in the title when providing EAP information?
I would like to resend the EAP counseling guidance email.
Previously, I just titled it something like "Employee Counseling Program Guide," so maybe that's why the usage rate wasn't as high as I expected... lol ㅠㅠ
Since I have heard that many employees are worried about consultation details being shared with the company, I am thinking of emphasizing the confidentiality guarantee a little more in the title or the first sentence this time.
But then again, if I emphasize it too much, it might seem too heavy, or make it feel like counseling is a system only for special people...
To what extent do other companies include confidentiality clauses when sending EAP information emails?
Would it be better to put it directly in the title, or explain it naturally in the body text?
