Do you include the names of the hazardous factors when announcing workplace environment measurements?
I need to announce the schedule for the workplace environment measurement this time, but I'm a bit unsure how much to include in the notice.
I felt like I should inform them of the departments subject to measurement and the schedule, but I was confused about whether it was right to write down the names of the hazardous substances exactly as they were and announce them to the employees.
I was worried that if I wrote it in too much detail, some employees might feel unnecessarily anxious, but on the other hand, if I wrote it too simply, it might seem like the explanation of why the measurement is being taken is insufficient.
I am being especially careful about how to phrase this since I plan to post it as an internal announcement for all employees to see.
Do other companies provide detailed information, including the names of hazardous factors and the purpose of the measurement, when giving instructions on workplace environment measurements?
Or do you simply announce the target departments, schedule, and cooperation requirements?
