May I ask questions about the sexual harassment prevention training anonymously?
There is always a time for questions after conducting sexual harassment prevention training, though.
Actually, I found that hardly anyone asked questions publicly.
So this time, I was thinking of taking questions anonymously, but I'm not sure if that's okay.
I don't think it would be a problem if the questions were just lighthearted about the training content, but if they bring to mind a specific situation or person, I don't think we should just view them as educational questions.
I think employees would feel more comfortable asking questions if we accept them anonymously, but the person in charge is concerned that the standards for follow-up processing might become ambiguous.
Has anyone operated an anonymous question box during sexual harassment prevention training?
I am also curious how you usually handle sensitive content.
