Would it be okay to include internal company examples in the disability awareness training materials?

I am asking this question because I became curious while preparing materials for disability awareness education.

I'm concerned that if I just use external training materials as is, the employees might feel like it's someone else's story, so I'm considering adding some examples of situations that could actually happen at our company.

For example, things like the method of sharing meeting materials, seating arrangements, and messenger communication.

But I was hesitant to include it in a way that looked like an internal case because it might bring a specific employee to mind.

I am including this with good intentions, but I don't think it should become material that unnecessarily makes someone self-conscious.

Do other companies include examples tailored to their specific situation when conducting disability awareness training?

If I include it, to what extent should I generalize it?
