I am organizing the emergency contact list and am wondering how far to include employees' personal mobile phone numbers.
I think a communication network would be necessary when considering the response to disasters or sudden accidents, but I'm worried that sharing personal numbers too widely could be a burden.
In the past, contact lists were shared by department, but nowadays, I am confused whether it is appropriate for only the HR team to keep the originals due to personal information concerns.
Do other companies simply enter your personal mobile phone number in their emergency contact list?
Or do you operate by having only the HR team keep all contacts and sharing only the minimum communication channels with the departments?
