The most common mistake immediately after an accident is jumping to conclusions about the cause too quickly. In the early stages, when information is incomplete, you must verify these three things first, rather than focusing on "whose fault it is."

Workers' Compensation Insurance is a system that provides treatment and compensation for injuries, diseases, disabilities, or deaths caused by work-related reasons. According to the Korea Workers' Compensation Service, if an injury or disease occurs due to work-related causes and requires medical treatment for four days or more, an application for medical treatment benefits must be submitted and approved. Since actual applicability and procedures may vary depending on the circumstances of the accident, medical opinions, and workplace conditions, verification by a relevant expert is required for specific cases.
