Dain Co., Ltd. regularly invites prominent figures from various fields to host open lectures for its employees. These lectures, covering diverse topics such as neuroscience, psychology, and organizational culture, are a welfare benefit available to all employees of companies contracted with Dain at no additional cost. This session will explore the reasons and solutions for this phenomenon from a neuroscience perspective.
