Would it be okay to include EAP information during new employee onboarding?
I am organizing the new employee onboarding training materials!
I plan to include the EAP counseling program in the company welfare system guide section.
However, I am concerned that if I bring up psychological counseling or stress counseling right after they join, new employees might take it a bit too seriously.
Of course, I intend to inform you that there are support systems available when things get tough, but I'm worried it might give the impression that work life is just *that* hard... ㅠㅠ
Do other companies provide information on EAP or grievance counseling channels during new employee training?
I am wondering if it would be better to briefly explain it as one of the welfare programs, or to provide detailed information including confidentiality and how to use it!!
