May I share the job stress survey results with the team leader?
We recently conducted a job stress survey at the company, and one specific team showed a significantly high level of stress.
From the HR team's perspective, we feel we should share this with the relevant team leader to some extent and discuss directions for improvement together, but since the employees wrote the survey honestly, we are concerned about how much we should share.
I don't intend to share individual results, but even if I only provide team-based results, I think employees might worry that the survey results they completed won't be revealed.
However, if the results are kept only within the HR team, it seems difficult to lead to actual improvements.
In this case, to what extent would it be appropriate to share this with the team leader?
Would it be okay if we only conveyed team-level averages or key trends, excluding any information that could identify individuals?
