How do you handle supplementary training for employees who have not completed regular training?

I am writing to inquire while organizing the status of regular employee training completion.

When I checked the training for the first half of the year, I found that some employees had not completed their full training hours.

I understand that the standard is 6 hours per half-year for office staff and 12 hours per half-year for non-office staff, but the completion status for some people is ambiguous.

In this case, I am wondering if it is sufficient to conduct supplementary training for the insufficient time and keep a record of it.

There aren't many people who haven't completed the course, but I'm a little worried about how to handle it when an inspection comes later.

How do other companies handle employees who fail to complete regular training?

Are you managing completion records for supplementary training conducted after the deadline as well?
