I have a question regarding retirement pensions.
Our company is currently operating a Defined Contribution (DC) retirement pension plan, and we are reviewing additional fund managers in addition to the existing one.
The existing institution has a registered company seal, but I was confused whether I needed to register a separate company seal when adding a new institution.
I understand that I need to submit contracts or related documents separately for each institution, but I am wondering if I also need to register and manage the company seal differently for each institution.
For companies operating multiple agencies, how do you manage company seals or related documents?
I would like to know if it is safer to register and manage each institution separately, or if it is acceptable to operate using the same authorized seal.
