How are the opinions of workers who did not participate in the risk assessment incorporated?

I am in charge of safety management at a manufacturing workplace with 80 regular employees. We recently conducted a regular risk assessment, but only supervisors and day shift workers participated in the meeting; the night shift and equipment maintenance personnel were unable to attend due to their work schedules.
Following the evaluation, the night shift raised concerns regarding material stacking and the risk of entrapment during equipment cleaning, which are difficult to verify during the day. Since the evaluation form and improvement plan have already been approved, it is difficult to determine whether the existing results need to be revised or if simply attaching an additional statement of opinion is sufficient. Although the employee representative did not specifically request participation, it does not seem appropriate to conclude the process while omitting the opinions of the actual workers.
What is the best procedure to incorporate the opinions of workers who were unable to directly participate in the risk assessment? I would like to know which method is appropriate—additional interviews by shift, on-site inspections, revision of evaluation forms, or ad-hoc evaluations—and in what format the date of opinion receipt and the results of its implementation should be recorded.
