Do you also record the interpretation content when conducting safety training for foreign workers?

Hello, I am in charge of workplace safety training.
As the number of foreign workers increases, we are providing interpreters during industrial safety and health training.
The training itself is conducted using Korean materials, with an interpreter explaining the content alongside.
The training log only recorded the training topic, time, and attendees, and did not separately note that interpretation was performed.
Recently, there has been talk about whether proof is needed to verify whether the educational content was actually delivered in a way that allowed for proper understanding.
In such cases, in the training log Interpretation provided Is it enough to just write down the general amount?
I am wondering if I need to keep a separate record of the language interpreted, the interpreter's name, and even what was explained.
I'm also confused about whether I need to translate the educational materials themselves into the relevant language and save them.

Please prioritize safety measures needed immediately on-site, separate from the budget. In the report form, try listing the category, amount (or status), supporting documents, person in charge, and scheduled date for each item on a single line.
