Do you also record the interpretation content when conducting safety training for foreign workers?

Hello, I am in charge of workplace safety training.
As the number of foreign workers increases, we are providing interpreters during industrial safety and health training.
The training itself is conducted using Korean materials, with an interpreter explaining the content alongside.
The training log only recorded the training topic, time, and attendees, and did not separately note that interpretation was performed.
Recently, there has been talk about whether proof is needed to verify whether the educational content was actually delivered in a way that allowed for proper understanding.
