May I distribute the training materials received from the retirement pension provider internally as is?
Hello, I am in charge of retirement pension training in the HR team.
I received educational materials from the financial institution I do business with to conduct subscriber training.
The PDF contains the financial institution's logo and product information.
I plan to distribute it to employees via email or the internal bulletin board as is, without making any modifications. I am wondering if it is okay to use it this way.
Since the materials were sent by a financial institution for educational purposes, I think internal distribution should be fine, but I'm worried it might cause issues if I add a company logo or extract only specific pages.
Also, for a company using multiple retirement pension providers, I suspect that if only data from a specific financial institution is distributed, employees might perceive it as the company recommending that institution.
Do you usually distribute the retirement pension education materials exactly as they are when you receive them?
Alternatively, I am curious if it is delivered separately from the company notice or if data from various financial institutions is provided together.
