May I accept opinions for the Mental Health Day campaign anonymously?

Hello, the HR team is preparing an in-house mental health campaign.
In conjunction with Mental Health Day, we are planning to anonymously collect feedback from employees regarding their daily experiences with stress or organizational life.
I do not intend to ask for your name or employee ID number, but rather to have you write freely about the most difficult aspects of your current work life and what you would like the company to support.
I do think employees would feel more comfortable expressing their opinions if they were accepted anonymously, though.
On the other hand, if the content includes department names, specific tasks, or details related to a supervisor, I think it might be possible to guess who wrote it to some extent.
I am wondering if it is acceptable to operate with anonymous opinion gathering even in this case.
Also, I would like to include some of the collected opinions in campaign results or internal announcements. Rather than using the original text exactly as is, would it be better to share it after making slight modifications to ensure individuals are not identified?
When content that is difficult to simply dismiss as a campaign comment, such as harassment or suicide risk, comes in, it seems difficult to identify the author because it is anonymous. I am curious if you have separate operating guidelines for such cases.
If you have conducted mental health campaigns or collected anonymous opinions, how do you typically receive them, and how do you utilize the results afterward?
