No. This is an example of an internal standard for determining where to start maintenance for each location. You may modify the criteria in [Location-based Inspection] to suit your company's specific situation.

Q2. Do I need to obtain a signature on the winter gear distribution log?

There are no confirmed legal regulations requiring a signature. However, to demonstrate that the payment was made for personal use, it is advisable to include the payment date, items, and confirmation of receipt, so a confirmation field has been included.

Q3. What should I do when the government announces measures for this winter?

The recommended measures in this file are based on data from the Ministry of Employment and Labor from last winter (2025–2026). If new measures are announced, please replace the recommended measures columns in [Basis] and [Special Alert Response Criteria].
