How do you handle organizational transfers after the list of mandatory training participants has been finalized?
We finalized the list of participants for mandatory training and even sent out the training notice, but then an organizational transfer occurred.
There are employees who were included in the original department based on the initial list, but had transferred to other departments by the time the training was conducted.
In this case, I am confused about whether to manage trainees based on their existing departments or to reorganize them based on their departments on the actual training date.
Looking solely at completion status, it doesn't seem like there will be a major issue, but it feels a bit ambiguous because the criteria could change when compiling the completion rates by department later.
In particular, the training notice has already been sent out, but it seems that the responsible department or the target of the reminder changes when organizational transfers are reflected.
Do other companies revise the list if there is an organizational transfer after the list of those subject to mandatory training has been finalized?
Or do you manage based on the initial confirmed list and only leave movement details in the remarks?
