How much verification is required when conducting a chemical risk assessment directly?
Due to company circumstances, we are conducting chemical risk assessments in-house this year without using external vendors.
I am checking the H-code, properties, boiling point, and usage amount while looking at the MSDS, but since this is my first time doing this myself, I am a bit confused about which items I need to check.
I heard that even if KRAS is used, the person in charge ultimately has to verify the MSDS and the actual work situation to input the data.
If you conduct a chemical risk assessment yourself In addition to the MSDS, do I need to check all on-site information such as work frequency, usage volume, ventilation conditions, and personal protective equipment?
I am also curious to know to what extent it is generally considered standard practice to organize and include details in the results report.
